Planning an Active Birthday Party at ProGym
What to decide before choosing a sports-themed party at ProGym Wan Chai or Cyberport.

An active birthday party gives children room to move, play and celebrate together. The easiest way to start planning is to settle three things: where to host it, roughly how many children will join, and what your birthday child enjoys doing.
Pick the space for your group
ProActiv hosts parties at ProGym Wan Chai and ProGym Cyberport. The venues have different maximum capacities: up to 30 children in Wan Chai and up to 40 at Cyberport. Check the current package details if your guest list is close to either limit; package prices and included guest numbers can differ from venue capacity.
Give the coaches a helpful brief
Tell the team the age range of the guests, whether anyone is new to organised sports, and the kind of games your child enjoys. A mix of confidence levels is normal. Sharing accessibility needs or other relevant information in advance helps the team plan activities that suit the group.
Leave room for the celebration
The Hong Kong party format includes 90 minutes of coach-led activities and 30 minutes for food and photos. Decide who will bring the cake and food, and let guests know what time to arrive so the activity time can start smoothly.
See the Hong Kong birthday parties page for current packages and venue details. You can also contact the Hong Kong team with your preferred location and party date.
