Overview

The Gymnastics Camp is our most progression-focused holiday program. Children spend the week working through structured stations — floor, beam, bars, vault, trampoline and tumbling — with qualified gymnastics coaches who specialise in children's development. Beginners learn fundamentals like rolls, cartwheels and bridges; intermediate and advanced gymnasts work on handstands, walkovers, back-handsprings and beam routines.
