Programs FAQs

What programs does ProActiv offer?
Our weekly term-time programs cover Multi-Activity, Football, Basketball and Athletics — alongside our Gymnastics programs (run separately at our ProGym facilities). Children can join one or combine programs across the week.
What ages are Programs for?
Programs run from age 2 (toddler movement) through age 14, grouped by age and ability with no more than three years between the youngest and oldest in a group.
How often do Programs run?
Programs run weekly during school term, with each session typically lasting 45–60 minutes. Termly enrolment ensures consistent groupings and steady progression.
Do children need experience?
No previous experience required. Coaches stream every group by ability so beginners are supported and experienced children are challenged.
