Holiday Camp FAQs

What ages are ProActiv Hong Kong holiday camps for?
Gymnastics Camp is for ages 3–16. Multi-Activity Camp is for ages 4–14. Children are grouped by age and ability — typically with no more than three years between the youngest and oldest in a group.
Where do Hong Kong camps run?
Gymnastics Camps run at our two purpose-built ProGym facilities in Wan Chai and Cyberport. Multi-Activity Camps run at our partner schools and clubs across Hong Kong. All venues are climate-controlled so camps go ahead regardless of weather.
What are the camp hours?
We offer morning, afternoon and full-day options. Full-day camps run 9:00am–3:00pm. Exact hours are confirmed at booking.
What should children bring to camp?
For Gymnastics Camps: comfortable sportswear (no jewellery), refillable water bottle, packed snacks. For Multi-Activity Camps: sports clothing with socks and trainers, hat, water bottle, packed lunch and snacks. ProActiv provides a camp t-shirt and all sports equipment. We do not swim in Hong Kong camps.
What are the coach-to-child ratios?
Gymnastics Camp ratios are capped at 1:8 for younger groups and 1:10 for older. Multi-Activity Camp ratios are matched to activity and age. A minimum of 3 children is required to run a camp group.
What qualifications do ProActiv coaches have?
All coaches hold at minimum a degree or equivalent in a sports-related field, plus many years of experience coaching children. Every coach has completed a current First Aid course and CPR/AED certification.
Are there sibling or multi-camp discounts?
Yes — we offer both sibling discounts and multi-camp discounts. Discount codes must be applied in advance of payment, not retroactively. Contact our team to request a code.
What's your cancellation and make-up policy?
We do not offer cash refunds. If a camp day is cancelled by us (e.g. coach illness), we'll arrange a make-up session on a suitable alternative day. Hong Kong indoor camps run regardless of weather.
