ProActiv Sports has coached children across Hong Kong since 2011 and Singapore since 2013 — from parent-and-toddler classes right through to competitive squads and adults. Today we run two purpose-built ProGym facilities and partner with leading schools and clubs across both cities.

A mission that started in 2011
ProActiv Sports was founded in Hong Kong in 2011 to deliver structured, safe, world-class sports coaching for children — across every age group, not one sport. The program grew from a small qualified coaching team into a multi-activity pathway spanning gymnastics, multi-activity, athletics, holiday camps and birthday parties.
Today we operate two dedicated facilities — ProGym Wan Chai and ProGym Cyberport — and partner with leading international schools across Hong Kong. Every coach is qualified in their sport and trained on the in-house ProActiv Coaching Pathway, so every child gets the same structured progression no matter which class, gym or campus they attend.

ProActiv Sports opens
Founded in Hong Kong with a clear mission: structured, safe, world-class sports coaching for children across every age group.
2013
Expanded to Singapore
Brought the same program model to Singapore families with local venues and coaches.
2023
Opened ProGym Wan Chai
Our first purpose-built gymnastics facility on Hong Kong Island — 15/F, The Hennessy.
2025
Opened ProGym Cyberport
A second dedicated ProGym on the south side of Hong Kong Island, serving Pok Fu Lam and Cyberport families.
