Overview

Our Competitive program is for gymnasts who are ready to commit to the sport. Athletes train multiple sessions a week with our senior coaches on personalised programs that build strength, technique, artistry and competition mindset. The squad targets the local Hong Kong competitive calendar and selected international invitationals, with a focus on long-term athlete development — not pushing skills before the body is ready. Sessions run at ProGym Wan Chai, ProGym Cyberport and selected Hong Kong partner schools.
