Artistic gymnastics streamed by ability — perfecting basics, learning new tricks, building strength, flexibility and self-confidence on full apparatus.
Beginner · Intermediate · Advanced
Every child is placed in the right stream on day one. Here's how Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced differ — what your child will learn, and how they progress from one level to the next.

The perfect introduction to gymnastics for children with little or no experience. Classes focus on building confidence, developing fundamental movement skills, and creating a love for being active in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Led by experienced coaches, children learn through structured activities that let them progress at their own pace while celebrating every achievement along the way.
Learning Outcomes

Designed for children who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to progress to more advanced skills. Classes focus on refining technique, building strength and confidence, and developing greater control across all gymnastics apparatus in a safe, structured and encouraging environment. Gymnasts continue to challenge themselves and develop the discipline and resilience that gymnastics inspires.
Learning Outcomes

For experienced gymnasts ready to push their abilities to the next level. With a strong focus on technical excellence, strength, precision and performance, athletes continue to develop advanced skills while building the confidence and discipline needed to excel — whether they are progressing towards competitive gymnastics or simply striving to achieve their personal best.
Learning Outcomes
