Do children need experience?
No. Coaches assess every new gymnast on day one and place them in the right ability stream — beginners are welcome at every age.
How does progression work?
Coaches use a clear skill ladder. Children progress between streams (Beginner → Intermediate → Advanced) when they hit the required skills, not at fixed dates.
Where does it run?
ProGym Wan Chai (15/F The Hennessy) and ProGym Cyberport (Shop 312, The Arcade at Cyberport).
