More Than Coaches — Mentors, Role Models, and Specialists
Our Hong Kong team brings together gymnastics specialists, multi-activity coaches, program leaders, and operations staff across two purpose-built ProGym facilities. Many of our senior coaches hold national-level gymnastics qualifications and have competed internationally before joining us. Every new hire — regardless of prior experience — completes the in-house ProActiv coaching course before stepping onto the floor.
Together they deliver thousands of class hours each month: weekly recreational classes, holiday camps, school PE partnerships, and a competitive gymnastics pathway. The team's depth means consistent quality whether your child is at Wan Chai for a toddler class or Cyberport for advanced training.

At Proactiv Sports, the safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority.
To ensure we provide the safest possible environment, all of our coaches complete internationally recognised Child Protection and Safeguarding training through ChildSafeguarding.com before working with children. This professional training equips our team with the knowledge and skills to recognise, prevent, and appropriately respond to child safeguarding concerns in line with international best practice.
